Snerting Ranch runs a grass-fed organic operation with Hereford beef cattle. We have suckler cows and slaughter a few young animals per year. Click here to view our Debio certificate. Organic status guarantees freedom from toxins, as well as a balanced mineral composition in the meat.

It is important to note the difference between beef cattle that consume significant amounts of concentrated feed and those that eat only grass. See the links below for a thorough description of the health benefits. In addition, our animals have free access to the outdoors all year round, as well as access to a deep-bedded barn (straw bedding) and warm drinking water during the winter months. If you buy meat from us, you are guaranteed optimal quality at every stage, from animal welfare to the fatty acid composition of the meat.

Since we do not have large quantities of meat for sale, it is wise to signal your interest early. We typically offer 10 kg cardboard boxes with various types of meat (steak, ranch burgers, ground beef, roast, beer sausages, etc.). You have the option to partially determine the composition based on your preferences. The price is 380 NOK per kg (incl. VAT). We also sell soup bones in 5 kg bags for 90 NOK per kg.
We also sell cardboard boxes with your desired number of kg, and you can choose ONLY prime cuts – though at 480 NOK per kg.

We can deliver to those who can pick up or for whom we can easily organize transport. In addition, we have a solution for shipping by refrigerated truck to Trondheim and Oslo. For Oslo, there is a shipping surcharge of 350 NOK per cardboard box.
